A post-2010 system is usually not dirty in the way people picture. What comes out is the construction phase — drywall fines, sawdust, insulation fiber — that was pulled into open ducts before the house was ever occupied, plus whatever a kinked flex run has been collecting behind the crimp. That is a different cleaning: shorter, more targeted, and far more dependent on the before-and-after photographs, because the difference is not something you can smell.

Where a section is genuinely unreachable we say so and show you what we could not see, rather than cutting original plaster on a hunch.
The upstairs of our old house never cools no matter what we do. Is that the ducts?
Often, and not because they are dirty. Cooling added to a tall Waxahachie house decades after it was built usually got a trunk sized for what would fit rather than for what the upstairs needs, with long branches and no return of its own up there. Cleaning that system changes nothing. Measuring airflow tells you whether the run or the return is the limit.
