No Phone-Quote Theater.

We haven't seen your ducts yet — and neither has anyone else who names a number that fast. The sequence is fixed: book an inspection at a flat fee confirmed up front, get the written report with photos, and if cleaning is warranted, receive a quote itemized against those findings. Approve all of it, some of it, or none. The report is yours either way.

How our pricing works

The sequence is fixed.

01

Inspection before any number

Nobody here names a cleaning price for ducts we haven't seen. The inspection fee itself is flat and confirmed when you book.

02

Quotes trace to findings

Each line names the defect, the fix, and the standard it satisfies. Nothing appears on an invoice that isn't in the report.

03

0% financing available

Jobs over $1,000 qualify for 12-month 0% APR through our financing partner. Soft credit pull — checking never touches your score.

Service rates

Starting rates, stated up front.

Final scope always comes from the written findings. Open any service for what the visit covers and what the report includes.

About these prices

  • Starting prices assume a single HVAC system, average accessibility, and a standard register count.
  • Multi-system homes, long or hard-to-reach duct runs, and heavy contamination add 15–35%.
  • Travel beyond a 30-mile radius of Dallas may add a $49 mobilization fee.
  • All prices include disposal, drop-cloths, HEPA vacuum cleanup, and photo report.

Prices shown are starting estimates and may change with the condition, access, and scope we find on site. Only a written quote from an on-site visit is a price we commit to.

Pricing FAQ

What people ask about the numbers.

How often should air ducts be cleaned?

There's no honest fixed schedule, and we won't invent one. Ducts need cleaning when their condition says so — after a renovation, a pest issue, a moisture event, or gradual buildup that's now visible on camera. Some systems go a decade staying respectable; others load up in three years because of construction next door or a heavy-shedding pet. The economical habit is an inexpensive camera inspection every few years: it either buys you peace of mind or catches the problem while it's a targeted cleaning instead of a full one.

Will duct cleaning help my allergies?

Here's the careful answer. Cleaning removes the reservoir of settled dust, pollen, and dander that your system can re-circulate — in Texas, that reservoir includes cedar, oak, and ragweed seasons past. What it won't do is cure allergies or stop new pollen from entering the house, and EPA notes that duct cleaning has never been conclusively shown to prevent health problems. We treat it as hygiene, not medicine: empty the reservoir, then pair it with the right filter, which often matters just as much. Anyone promising more than that is selling.

Do you charge for the initial inspection?

Yes — inspections run at a flat fee, confirmed when you book. That's deliberate: a paid inspection means the report is the product, so nobody's under pressure to 'find' work that justifies a free visit. If your ducts are clean, you keep the report and that's the whole transaction.

Why do some quotes vary so much across companies?

Usually it's how the scope was built. A quote assembled from a documented findings list is checkable — each line names the issue, the fix, and the standard it satisfies. A quote from a walk-around is a guess with margin baked in. Method widens the gap too: a full source-removal cleaning to the ACR standard doesn't price like a shop-vac blow-through, and your report should say which one you're getting.

Do you price-match competitor quotes?

We don't bid against numbers we can't verify. Bring us the competing quote and we'll map it against your inspection findings, line by line — which items match documented defects and which don't. If their scope is right and their price is lower, we'll say so. The report is yours either way.
