Fresh air in every room — cleaned after hours, documented identically across the flag.

Guest-room and common-area source-removal duct cleaning run after hours under one standard — camera-assessed, documented identically across a portfolio, and scheduled so no guest ever knows we were there.

Who this is for

Hotel chief engineer / GM, resort facilities director, clubhouse manager, hospitality group operations.

What’s actually at stake

Guest-facing air is a brand standard, not just a maintenance line. A musty guest room or a dusty lobby diffuser is a review problem, and a flag property answers to one portfolio standard, documented identically at every site.

What we deliver

The documentation is the product.

A national flag wants one duct-cleaning standard across every property, documented the same way, scheduled around the guest. We camera the guest-room fan-coil and the common-area supply and return runs, scope from what's there, and clean by source removal under negative pressure — after hours by default, floor by floor, so occupancy is never disrupted and no guest sees the work.

Every property closes with the same before-and-after photo package and condition report, filed to one portfolio format across the DFW metros and the major Texas markets. Where a room's ducts are clean, we document that and move on — the standard is a guest who never notices the air, not an invoice padded with rooms that didn't need it.

Scope on a hospitality duct cleaning engagement

  • Camera assessment of guest-room fan-coil and common-area supply/return runs
  • Source-removal cleaning under negative pressure, floor by floor, after hours
  • Common-area air-handler and plenum cleaning with fresh filters
  • Coil-area inspection for the moisture that drives 'wet-sock' odor
  • One portfolio-standard before-and-after photo package and condition report per property
  • Scheduling built around occupancy so guests never see the work
Why us

One standard, documented identically, scheduled around the guest — that's what a flag needs and a patchwork of local vendors can't give. We clean to the ACR standard, file one portfolio format at every property, and hold the line that the best outcome is a guest who never thinks about the air.

Questions, answered

Hospitality Duct Cleaning — commercial FAQ

We can't have crews in guest areas during peak hours — is that workable?

That's our default for hospitality. We work after hours, floor by floor, under containment, so occupancy is never disrupted and no guest sees the crew or the dust. The standard we hold is that a guest should never know we were there.

A few guest rooms keep smelling musty — is that the ducts?

Often it's the coil area, where a wet-sock odor starts on damp surfaces, more than the duct runs themselves. We camera both and tell you which — cleaning what's dirty, flagging a coil or UV fix where that's the real source, and not charging for runs that are already clean.

We run a national flag — can you hold one standard across every property?

Yes. One documented ACR-standard method and one closeout format across the DFW metros and the major Texas markets, so a portfolio audit returns the same answer at every property.

One contract. One documented method. Every location.
